Abstract

The 2nd edition of the NGF monthly Newsletter has been able to capture ways in which the states can possibly alleviate poverty through means such as using the strategic application of ICT in Agriculture and the crucial role women play in economic growth all-round the globe to the state’s policy thrust on Agric and some of the states partnering with the BMGF on agriculture and how the tremendous success of how a State is exporting vegetables to Asia in order to move up its IGR.
