NGF Training of Trainer Workshop
This workshop is designed as a Training of Trainers (ToT) for the Gender Unit at the NigeriaGovernors’ Forum (NGF), to build their capacity to support state-level adoption and implementation of the WEE Policy in a way that reflects local realities. While previous effortshave focused primarily on policy domestication, this session will go a step further, equippingparticipants to guide states in developing practical, context-specific WEE Action Plansrather than replicating templates from the National Policy. The training will also deepen understanding of how to operationalize the Multi-Sectoral Coordination Structures (MSCs)— a core eligibility requirement for states participating in the NFWP—and how to align these units with broader state planning and budgeting processes.
