In line with the strategic agenda to promote and increase investments into the agriculture sector especially at the sub-national level, the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF) has revamped its agricultural unit to drive this strategy in close collaboration with state governments, development partners, Federal Government and other critical stakeholders. The NGF has designed an ‘Agriculture Development Strategy which aims to support the development of a vibrant and diversified agricultural economy at the sub-national level, which will collectively act as a powerful engine of growth and economic diversification in the states.
