dc.description.abstract | The Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF) held its second induction programme for new and returning Governors from 29th – 30th April, 2019 at the Presidential Banquet Hall, Aso Villa. The induction program is aimed at supporting incoming Governors to develop key governance and management skills that will enable the transition from campaigning to managing the processes of governance. The theme of the induction were “Art of Governance and Experience Sharing” and ‘’Governing for impact’’. The well-organised event was attended by 389 participants, comprising outgoing, returning and newly elected Governors of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the Senate President, some former Nigerian Governors, Development Partners, as well as national and international resource persons facilitated by the National Governors Association (NGA) of America. | en_US |
