| Abstract: | In order to meet the challenges of achieving improved health status particularly for its poorest and most vulnerable population, the health system must be strengthened; proven cost-effective interventions must be scaled up and gains in health must be sustained and expanded. The State wish to achieve this within the context of a costed State Strategic Health Development Plan (SSHDP), aimed at providing an overarching framework for sustained health development. |
