dc.description.abstract | Following the framework of the National Strategic Health Development Plan (NSHDP), the Cross River State SSHDP has been set out in Eight Priority Areas. However, based on the situation analysis and the unique strengths and weaknesses of the state in the various departments that comprise the health sector, the Cross River planning team re-ordered the Eight Priority.
