| Abstract: | This reverse policy clarifies the roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders in the public and private health sector at the the various tiers of government in ensuring efficient monitoring of safe use of medicines. The implementation policy of this framework was also reviewed to ensure easy integration of the pharmacovigilance practice into the overall health care delivery system. |
