| Abstract: | These regulations prescribe for the freezing of funds, financial assets or other economic resources of any suspected terrorist, international terrorist or international terrorist group, the conditions and procedure for utilization of frozen funds, or economic resources and constituted the Nigeria Sanctions Committee for the purpose of proposing and designating persons and entities as terrorist within the framework of the Nigeria legal regime. |
