| Abstract: | The objective of this toolkit is to provide States with a comprehensive and consistent set of instruments/ tools which will support the preparation of high-quality Medium-Term Sector Strategy (MTSS). The MTSS will in turn be part of the overall effort aimed at increasing fiscal transparency and accountability, which is a key result area under SFTAS. The toolkit contains models and templates to support the following specific outputs of the MTSS preparation process: MTSS Document; and MTSS Project Identification and Costing Template. |
