dc.description.abstractAs about 75% of state government's revenue are collected by the federal government, the state government only gets the balance after obligations to debt holders are deducted at source. Based on this revenue disbursement process, the governors of the 36 states under the aegis of the Nigeria’s Governors Forum (NGF) promptly demanded a Fiscal Restructuring Plan that intends to see more revenue allocated to states at the expense of the federal government.en_US
