dc.description.abstract | This toolkit has been designed to be used as part of a comprehensive engagement covering General Purpose Financial Statements (GPFS) preparation process. Therefore, the toolkit provides templates for statistical reports and performance reports templates that are part of the GPFS. The statistical reports are required by states for annual evaluation of the results of public expenditure to inform the updating of policies and plans. The statistical reports are Programme Report, Function Report and Geo (Location) Report . Monthly or quarterly budget performance reports need to be prepared by states to provide adequate information to all stakeholders to monitor performance and if possible, to identify actions that will ensure that the budget is back on track. In addition to Statutory Financial Reports, states are required to prepare the Statistical Reports and Performance Reports. | en_US |
